Our Workshop
The heart of the bike shop beats to the rhythms of its workshop. With four full time technicians, we have what we believe to be the busiest workshop in the city. Although we repair and build thousands of bikes a year, we take great pride in the quality and consistency of our work and our procedures, and we aim to deliver the best service in the city too.
For many minor repairs we can give you instant service; for more substantial work we have to operate a strict booking in system, but in all cases - we ask that you call us first on 01904 636578 or 651870, to check on our capacity.

Convenience
Free Use of Courtesy Bike. Are you stuck without your bike? We have a number of courtesy bikes including Brompton folders that we are happy to lend you whilst your own machine is in our workshop. If you need a courtesy bike, be sure to reserve one when you book your bike in for repair.
Simplicity
Repair Estimates are Free of Charge. We offer a menu of fixed priced work, so we can give you an on the spot quote for individual jobs.
Choice
Comprehensive Service Packages. Have your whole bike looked at. For a more comprehensive service you can choose from one our packages on the right. These offer better value because you save money by having a number of jobs done at once.
Wheelbuilding
Good cycle mechanics prides themselves on the quality of their wheelbuilding. We work with double butted stainless steel spokes as standard, and single butted stainless where extra strength is required. We can build just about anything to suit. Specialist Work
Hub Gears. We like hub gears and as a result have built up some fairly uncommon expertise in this area. If you have a problem with a hub gear that you need fixing, call us.
