If you’re struggling to afford a bike of your own, then we can offer you finance through North Yorkshire Credit Union.  The Credit Union has a scheme specifically designed to cover a bike, lock and lights with a low-cost loan and a 6% discount on top.

Anyone over the age of 18 can apply for a bike loan. Applicants under the age of 18 will need to ask their parents or guardian to submit an application on their behalf.

To apply for a loan, you will need to become a member of North Yorkshire Credit Union and complete a loan application form.  Each applicant will have their financial circumstances assessed before a loan can be approved. 

The maximum loan available is £600 and all loans provided by the Credit Union will be charged at one per cent interest per month (12.7 per cent APR) based on the reducing balance.
