Well apart from being cute, these bikes are compact, with a low centre of gravity, which makes them easy to handle - especially for little people. They are also very simple, solidly built and inexpensive - which makes for long term, low cost urban transport - that's why she rode one. We can probably even supply you with a tartan bag to go on the back.
