The Puky LRB will get the youngest possible toddler scooting along in no time - feet off the ground, fully balanced. This one has solid, but very comfy and free running tyres and a tough steel frame. No brakes at this age, as that's what thier feet are for. It says two years up on the box and 'does what it says on the tin - this author's (smallish) girl was balancing at two years and three months. Beware: it will bring a tears to your eyes.
