The Gazelle Street 'Sports' range are Dutch City bikes featuring aluminium frames, hub gearing, contemporary styling and specification. All offer a very upright riding position, which is neverthelsss easily altered at the handlebar stem without tools.
There are three basic frame designs: the contemporary hydroformed shape of the Chamonix; the more traditional round tubes of the Orange, with a more curvy shaped women's frame; and the angular tubing of the Paris and Luzern, with it's mixte style in the women's.
The geometry will give you a livelier ride than the Street Comfort range.
The Luzern is Gazelle's take on High Modernist Functionalism. Rigid, angular, rationality personified - in contrast to some of their more cuddly or retro designs. Lighter than most, yet fully equipped with everything you need. Precise steering, courtesy of a slightly sportier geometry and that straight rigid fork. Comfort too - in the shape of 50mm tyres. Purposeful and urbane with seven speeds.

Axa frame locks
All Gazelles have a frame lock fitted at the rear of the bike, which immobilises the rear wheel at the flick of a lever. This means that an opportunist thief will have to carry your pride and joy away. If you use it in conjunction with a good D-lock, you have great security.
The lock always comes with 2 keys - if you lose them or damage them, all is not lost. We have outlined all you need to know here.
